How did you attract/ adress your audience?

I attracted my audience of mainly male tenagers by having a few flashing and black and white shots of a teenager/ teenagers in modern times, in their rooms, doing what any other tenager would be doing. The music starts off very eerie, which draws the audience in by that unsettling feeling and makes that certain audience interested in what is going to happen next. The music then calms down a bit later on, making the viewing a little more comfortable, and draws the audience into what's going on, visually, in the scene, so they can make some sort of sense of it all.
